The problem

In a regulated industry the process is inspected too.

Detecting a change is the start. What gets examined is whether you can show when you detected it, who verified it, and what you did next. A feed that produces alerts without producing that record leaves the hardest part manual.

The exposure is written into the statute. Under GDPR Article 83(5) the most serious infringements carry fines up to 20,000,000 EUR or 4% of total worldwide annual turnover, whichever is higher. Lower-tier procedural breaches under Article 83(4) cap at 10,000,000 EUR or 2%.

Capabilities

Audit-grade by default

Provenance on every field

Source URL, capture timestamp, verifier ID and confidence score, on each record rather than on a batch.

Horizon scanning with dated windows

Consultations, comment periods and effective dates are captured as their own fields, so implementation runways are visible before they close.

Human review where confidence is low

Records below the release threshold route to a verifier who checks the fields against the source text and signs the record.

Export for an inspection

Filter and export the full event trail as CSV or PDF, with retention configured to match your regime.

Traceability

A record built to be inspected

Captured at 08:45 Brussels time, verified by VER-0092 at confidence 0.997, joined to the DORA watchlist and the obligations table in the customer warehouse.
